Graphics Artist
Position Summary
The Graphics Artist is responsible for creating visually compelling and brand-consistent marketing materials that support the company’s business objectives. The role develops creative concepts and designs for digital and print platforms, ensuring that all visual communications effectively promote the hotel’s products, services, events, and brand identity. The Graphics Artist works closely with the Marketing Department and other operational teams to deliver innovative and high-quality creative outputs.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Creative Design
- Design creative materials for print and digital platforms, including posters, flyers, brochures, menus, banners, standees, billboards, newsletters, and advertisements.
- Create engaging graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other online marketing channels.
- Develop visual concepts for hotel room promotions, food and beverage campaigns, special events, seasonal offers, and corporate branding.
- Produce presentation materials, company profiles, certificates, and internal communication materials.
Brand Management
- Ensure all creative outputs comply with the company’s brand standards, visual identity, and marketing guidelines.
- Maintain consistency in typography, colors, imagery, and overall design across all marketing materials.
- Contribute creative ideas that strengthen brand recognition and customer engagement.
Photography and Multimedia
- Capture and edit photographs of hotel facilities, guestrooms, restaurants, food, beverages, and events.
- Perform professional photo retouching and image enhancement.
- Produce simple video content, reels, animations, or motion graphics for digital marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and organize the company’s photo and multimedia archive.
Production and Coordination
- Prepare production-ready artwork for printing and digital publishing.
- Coordinate with accredited suppliers, printers, and production vendors to ensure quality output.
- Verify artwork specifications, dimensions, colors, and print quality before production.
- Manage multiple design projects while ensuring deadlines are met.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the Marketing Team, Food and Beverage, Sales, Front Office, and other departments to support promotional activities.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.
- Recommend creative solutions that enhance guest engagement and marketing effectiveness.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain organized digital files, templates, and design assets.
- Stay updated on current design trends, software, and creative technologies.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Marketing Manager or Management.
